How it works
One price, agreed before you travel and paid before you travel. Here is what happens between typing two postcodes and closing the car door.
1. Price a journey
Enter your pickup and destination postcodes, the date and the time. The price you see is the price you pay: it covers the driver, the vehicle, parking, tolls and the free waiting below. There is no meter. A quoted price is held for 24 hours.
2. Book
Choose a vehicle that takes your party and your luggage — we only offer the ones that do — and pay either in full, or a deposit of 20% (at least £15) with the balance due 48 hours before pickup. Your confirmation is the contract: every figure on it comes from the booking itself.
3. Change your mind
Cancel free of charge until 48 hours before pickup. After that a refund follows the schedule on the cancellation policy, which is generated from the same rules. Changes to the journey are re-priced against the rules you booked under, never against newer ones.
4. On the day
At an airport we track your flight and the free waiting — 60 minutes — is timed from when it actually lands, not from when it was due. Anywhere else the driver waits 15 minutes free. Waiting beyond that is the one thing that can ever be added to an agreed fare, at the per-minute rate shown for each vehicle, and your confirmation names it before it can happen.
Night pickups
A pickup between 22:00 and 07:00 needs at least 48 hours notice, so that the job reaches a driver and is accepted while people are at their desks. A daytime pickup can be booked at shorter notice.
