Cancellations and refunds
Every figure on this page is read from the same settings the booking system uses. It cannot say one thing while the system does another.
Free cancellation
You may cancel free of charge until 48 hours before pickup, and everything you have paid comes back. That moment is the one deadline in your booking: it is also when the balance is taken and when the journey is committed to the driver.

So a £140 journey cancelled 24 hours before pickup refunds £70.
The terms you booked under
A refund is worked out from the rules in force when you booked, not from this page as it stands today. If we change the schedule afterwards, your booking keeps the one you agreed to — your confirmation email lists it, and so does your booking’s own page.
If we cannot carry you
If we cancel, you are refunded in full whenever it happens and whatever the reason.
